It is rare to find a corporate environment in which your teammates are especially willing to assist you in all facets of your work. I feel lucky to have found this at US Immigration Law Counsel (USILC). It has imbued in me a sense of connection with both the environment, and with my teammates.

When our clients arrive at USILC for their appointments, I am responsible for greeting them at the front desk and determining how I may be of assistance. As a member of the Operations Department, I explain the consultation process to our visitors and clients in English or Spanish as needed, to ensure that we have the capacity to meet their expectations.

At home, I enjoy listening to K-pop music, along with spending time with my family and friends. I love traveling as it gives me the opportunity to discover new places and participate in unique activities. Traveling to different cities in the U.S. helps me to increase my understanding of the people who make up this eclectic country. I have a strong desire to visit Korea, and I am learning the Korean language in anticipation of this trip.
